Who do we help?
The short answer is anyone who needs a media service. This includes large scale media productions such as for churches or businesses, but also for individuals or sole proprietors who may simply want their picture taken for their business profile, or a super basic website.
How do I contact and keep in touch with your company?
Upon contacting us through our website, you will have your very own Lead Artisan assigned to you to act as your own personal agent. This person will be who you primarily keep in contact with, and they can answer any questions or concerns you may have as we work to accelerate your media production forward!
How do I know what services to buy, and when to buy them?
If you contact us today, a Lead Artisan would be happy to help you answer these questions. Lead Artisans are experts at seeing where a production is currently at, listening to your overall vision, and then creating an end goal for where the production will one day be. They also create Acceleration Road Maps that are designed to answer these 2 questions specifically.
What if I am unsatisfied with a service?
If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact your Lead Artisan assigned to you and let him know what went wrong. Lead Artisans are trained to ensure customer satisfaction, and they will go out of their way to listen to your feedback and come up with a solution that will leave you satisfied.
Are there ways I can get discounted rates?
This is primarily negotiated with your Lead Artisan. Depending on the nature of your media production, and how much of it you are wanting to outsource to us, we can bundle certain services together at a discounted rate. A popular example of this would be building a website, shooting team member photos, and creating a promo vid.
Where are you located?
We are currently based in South East Missouri, but we have plans of rapidly expanding and spreading to all major cities across the United States. If you are interested in our services, but aren’t anywhere near Missouri, let us know anyway, and we can see about setting up in your city!
